腰椎峡部裂是腰椎上下关节突间部缺陷或骨折造成的一种疾病。关节突间部又称椎弓峡部，是脊柱后部连接关节突关节之间的一段骨，它是脊椎骨上一段小而细的骨头，缺乏血液供应，容易发生应力性骨折。

Lumbarspondylolysisisaconditioninthelowerbackwherethereisadefectorfractureinthepartofthevertebraknownastheparsinterarticularis.Theparsinterarticularis,alsoknownastheisthmus,isasegmentofbonethatconnectsthefacetjointsatthebackofthespine.Itisasmall,thinpartofthevertebrathathasapoorbloodsupply,whichmakesitsusceptibletostressfractures.

Fracturesoftheparsinterarticularis,knownasspondylolysis,usuallyoccurattheL5-S1level,andrarelyatL4-L5orhigher.Theycanoccurononesideofthevertebraoronboth.
关节突间部骨折又称峡部裂，常发生于腰5/骶1节段，在腰4/5或更高的节段较少，可发生在椎体的一侧，也可两侧同时发生。
Spondylolysisusuallyoccursinchildrenbetweentheagesof5and7.Itissometimescalledthe“gymnasticsfracture”becauseitisassociatedwithsportsthatrequirealotofbendingbackward.Itisthoughtthatrepetitivestressonthespinehasacumulativeeffectthatcausestheparsinterarticularistobreak.
峡部裂常发生于5~7岁的儿童。有时被称为“体操骨折”，因为与需要大量向后弯腰的运动有关。有人认为，反复应力作用于脊柱，有累积效应，导致峡部断裂。
Spondylolysissometimescausesspondylolisthesis,whichiswhenonevertebraslipsforwardonthevertebrabelowit.
峡部裂有时会引起腰椎滑脱，这时一个椎体相对于其下方的椎体向前滑动。
Symptomsincludeadeepacheinthelowerback,painthatisworsewithmovement,andtightnessinthehamstrings.Ifthevertebralslippageissevere,nerverootscanbe 症状包括腰部深层痛，当运动时疼痛加重，以及腘绳肌紧张。如果椎体滑脱严重，会产生神经根压迫。
However,mostpeopledonotexperiencesymptomsfromlumbarspondylolysisatall,andthosewhodotendtodevelopproblemsinadulthoodorinadolescence.
然而，大多数人完全不会因腰椎峡部裂而出现症状。而那些有症状的，往往在成年或青少年期出现问题。
