选择性颈椎神经根阻滞
Overview（概述）
Thisinjectionrelievespainintheneck,shoulders,andarmscausedbyapinchednerve(ornerves)inthecervicalspine.Itcanbeusedtotreatconditionssuchasherniateddiscs,spinalstenosis,andradiculopathy.
这种注射可以缓解因颈部神经受压引起的颈部、肩部和手臂疼痛。它可用于治疗诸如椎间盘突出、椎管狭窄、神经根型颈椎病等病变。
Preparation（准备）
Theprocedureisperformedwiththepatientlyingfacedownorfaceuptoexposetheneck.Thepatientmaybesedatedbutawakeduringtheprocedure.Aregionofskinandtissueoftheneckisnumbedwithalocalanestheticdeliveredthroughasmallneedle.
操作时，病人取俯卧或仰卧位，暴露颈部。操作时，病人可能会接受镇静，但会保持清醒。颈部局部的皮肤和组织，通过小针给药进行局部麻醉。
InsertingtheNeedle（穿刺）
Thephysicianusesanx-raydevicecalledafluoroscopetoguideaneedletothepainfulareaoftheneck.Theneedleisinsertedintotheneuralforamenspace,whichistheregionthroughwhichspinalnervestravel.
医生用称为荧光透视的X射线设备引导针到达颈部疼痛部位。将针插入椎间孔，即脊神经穿出的部位。
ConfirmingtheNeedlePlacement（确认穿针位置）
Contrastdyeisinjectedintothespacetomakesuretheneedleisproperlypositionedneartheirritatednerveornerves.
在此间隙注入对比造影剂，确认针准确地穿到了受刺激神经的旁边。
InjectingtheMedication（注入药物）
Ananestheticsolutionisinjectedintotheforamenspace,bathingtheirritatednerve.
将局麻药溶液注入椎间孔，浸润受刺激的神经。
EndofProcedureandAfterCare（手术结束和术后护理）
Theneedleisremovedandasmallbandageisapplied.Somepatientsmayneedonlyoneinjection,buttwoorthreeinjectionsmaybeneededtoprovidesignificantpainrelief.
拔针后局部用创可贴包扎。有些病人只要一次注射，但为使疼痛显著缓解，可能需要2～3次注射。
